Private consultation: $180/hour, $100/half hour—

After taking a full detailed history and gaining an understanding of what you are experiencing, I create an individual treatment plan. This can include hands on treatment, postural advice and personalised exercise programs. I am available in Newcastle for appointments. I also have an advanced qualification in pessary fitting.

Post natal rehab classes - Mum & Bub

$27/hour —

Work towards building strength, tone and remedying aches and pains in a class designed just for women. Each session is constructed with pilates based movement and the exercises will be modified to suit your ability as you progress.

Rebuild, refocus and reconnect with your body after child birth. I'll guide you thorough exercises taking into account any individual needs or concerns you may have.

It is necessary to have a pre-pilates assessment to talk through your birth history and complete a full joint and pelvic floor muscle check up.
