I went to Bec with an ongoing running injury that no other health professional that I’d seen had been able to help me with. She quickly identified the issue, gave me some exercises to do and resolved my injury. I’ve also been attending her Pilates classes which are outstanding. Your every move is watched and tweaked as required so that you get the most from that position. Rebecca is truely at the top of her profession and I highly recommend her.

This physio really helped me with a soccer injury to my calf. She gave me practical exercises that I could easily do at work or home with realistic goals. In prep for a ski trip Rebecca again gave me great information about what kinds of stretches my family and I could do to look after ourselves for the first time on the Snow.

Fantastic - so professional and easy to work with. She really took the time to explain things clearly and demonstrate exercises till I was comfortable with the treatment plan. After having a baby my body was really out of sorts but she has got me back to feeling myself again. Bec also runs an awesome mum and bubs Pilates session to help people like me get back on track. Rebecca is patient, generous, friendly and endlessly positive and optimistic. She gave me the tools to tackle, step by step, a chronic lower back pain that had been plaguing me since my first pregnancy 4 years prior. She reminded me that living with constant pain isn’t ok and showed me the way to recovery with simple strategies I still use everyday.
